Adding Our
Activities to Your Existing Medieval Day program
It is quite
reasonable to choose a selection of our topics which would enhance
your own school day.
Many schools
run activities which include games, crafts, archery, dance, plays,
cooking, etc.; and then have our presenters ‘top up’ the program
with specialist presentations like the Arms& Armour or the
Tournament.
If you decide
that this would suit your school, then the choice ranges from us
sending a single presenter to handle one class at a time, to the
following:
One school has
seven classes which they divide into six groups. They
have us provide three presenters (Armour, Crime and Troubadours)
while they do three themselves. We
also provide entertainment at lunch.
Another school
has ten classes, and sends pairs at a time to two of our presenters
(Armour and Crime), while they run eight individual
sessions. Then
they finish with a Tournament for everyone in last
period.
Another school
has twelve classes, and has us do six pairs of topics (we run two
Armour Segments, two Archery, two Crime, etc.) in the one
day.
While another
divides its twelve classes over two days, and we run four sessions
one day, and four pairs of sessions the next!
It doesn't
matter what your school needs, we can adapt.
