These Terms and Conditions apply to all incursion bookings made with Multisensory Education - Ancient & Medieval Incursions (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By booking or participating in an incursion, you (“the School, “the client”) agree to the following terms.

All bookings must be made theough our official form or scheduling page.
Bookings are not confirmed until written confirmation has been provided by our team.
The individual submitting the booking is deemed to have authority to act on behalf of the school.
We reserve the right to adjust or decline bookings depending on staff availability, travel logistics, or safety concerns.

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
Invoices will be issued once the booking is confirmed.
Payment terms are 14 days from the invoice due date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may incur additional fees or result in booking cancellation.
Schools are responsible for any costs associated with payment processing or bank transfers.

More than 7 day’s notice: no cancellation fee.
Within 7 day’s notice: 10% cancellation fee may apply.
within 48 hours: 50% cancelation fee may apply.

Standard session times (including set up and pack up):
Full Day: ~8:00am - 3:30pm
Morning: ~8:00am - 1:00pm
Afternoon ~11:00am - 3:30pm
Sessions start and finish promptly to allow for next periods.
Sessions delayed due to school scheduling may need to be shortened for the next period.
Schools must provide:
a suitable space for activities (eg. hall or large classroom or gymnasium or oval) clear of obstacles.
Staff supervision for students at all times
Parking & access for unloading materials.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel a session on-site in conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

Students must be supervised by staff at all times.
Our educators hold valid Working with CHildren Checks and follow relevant child safety standards.
Schools are expected to communicate any known allergies, special needs, or behavioural considerations prior to the incursion.
We maintain Public Liability Insurance and adhere to risk management practices.

Standard pricing covers locations within metropolitan Melbourne.
Travel surcharges may apply for regional area or long-distance visits.
Travel fees will be disclosed before confirmation.

We value constructive feedback to improve our programs.
If you have a concern or complaint:
Please raise it with the facilitator on the day where possible.
Alternatively, submit your feedback in writing to info@medieval.com.au within 5 business days of the session.
We will acknowledge all complaints within 3 business days and aim to resolve them within 10 business days.
If an issue cannot be resolved, we may offer a refund or partial credit at our discretion.

We collect only the information necessary to manage bookings, including school name, contact person, phone number and email.
All data is stored securely and used solely for booking and communication purposes.
We will never sell or share your information with 3rd-parties except as required by law.
we may use non-identifiable photos, videos or feedback for promotional purposes, with consent.
Schools may request removal of personal information at any time by contacting us.

All teaching materials, props, and digital content provided during incursions remain the property of Multisensory Education.
Reproduction or use of our materials without permission is prohibited.

While every care is taken to ensure a safe and positive experience, we are not responsible for:
Accidents or injuries resulting from failure to follow facilitator instructions;
Damage to property cause by misuse of equipment; or
Unforeseen disruptions beyond our control
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

By submitting a booking or participating in an incursion, the school confirms they have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions, including the Complaints and Privacy policy.
